|Love Story Magazine - Single Episodes - Old Time Radio Researchers Group|
LOVE STORY MAGAZINE This series of only 26 episodes was broadcast in 1937. Dramatic dames and daring rogues... Such characters filled the pages of Love Story Magazine. This popular program for women told tales of loves lost and found, terrifying treacheries, broken hearts, tearful reunions, Prince Charmings and ladies spurned. This was probably what contributed it being a short lived series. If you like smarmy, then this is the series for you.

|Inner Sanctum Mysteries - Old Time Radio Researchers Group|
INNER SANCTUM MYSTERIES The anthology series featured stories of mystery, terror and suspense, and its tongue-in-cheek introductions were in sharp contrast to shows like Suspense and The Whistler. The early 1940s programs opened with Raymond Edward Johnson introducing himself as, "Your host, Raymond," in a mocking sardonic voice. A spooky melodramatic organ score (played by Lew White) punctuated Raymond's many morbid jokes and playful puns...
